Can you bring snus and nicotine pouches to Germany?
Travellers may bring snus and nicotine pouches into Germany for personal use. From outside the EU: 200 cigarettes, 100 cigarillos, 50 cigars or 250 g of smoking tobacco per traveller aged 17 or over. Snus and nicotine pouches are not listed in the tobacco allowance; small quantities for own use are treated as personal goods within the general value limit. Selling nicotine pouches in Germany is banned and selling tobacco snus is banned.

Customs and penalties
