Selling nicotine pouches in Belgium is banned and selling tobacco snus is banned.

Belgian customs publishes no snus- or pouch-specific allowance. Because the bans are on placing on the market rather than possession, a personal supply carried by a traveller is generally tolerated, but ordering from a foreign webshop to a Belgian address amounts to placing on the market and parcels can be intercepted.
