Can you bring snus and nicotine pouches to Bulgaria?
Travellers may bring snus and nicotine pouches into Bulgaria for personal use. From another EU country: personal-use quantities, indicative limit 1 kg of tobacco products. Customs and penalties

Since July 2025 pouches over 20 mg per unit may not be offered or sold in Bulgaria; carrying a personal supply of stronger product is not the same as offering it for sale, but such product cannot be bought locally.
