Can you bring snus and nicotine pouches to Hungary?
Travellers may bring snus and nicotine pouches into Hungary for personal use. From another EU country: personal-use quantities, indicative limit 1 kg of tobacco products. From outside the EU: 250 g of tobacco or the equivalent proportional mix per adult traveller. Selling nicotine pouches in Hungary is legal with restrictions and selling tobacco snus is banned.

Because retail of nicotine pouches is a tobacco-shop monopoly, ordering them online from abroad for delivery to Hungary is not a lawful retail channel, even though carrying a personal supply across the border is not an offence.
