Can you bring snus and nicotine pouches to Ukraine?
Travellers may bring snus and nicotine pouches into Ukraine for personal use. 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 250 g of tobacco, or a set of these products not exceeding 250 g in total, per person aged 18 or over, without duty or written declaration (Customs Code Art. 376). Not duty-free if the traveller was outside Ukraine for less than 24 hours. Selling nicotine pouches in Ukraine is legal and selling tobacco snus is banned.
