Can you bring snus and nicotine pouches to Rwanda?
Travellers may bring snus and nicotine pouches into Rwanda for personal use. Article 7 of Law No. 08/2013: a traveller entering Rwanda 'shall be allowed a tolerable quantity of 200 cigarettes or cigarillos, 50 cigars or one kilogram of tobacco but not both', and must be at least 18.
