Can you bring snus and nicotine pouches to China?
Travellers may bring snus or nicotine pouches into China only within limits. One of: 400 cigarettes (including heated tobacco), 20 cigars, or 500 g of cut tobacco. From Hong Kong or Macao the limits are halved (200 cigarettes, 10 cigars or 250 g). Minors under 18 get duty-free release only for articles needed for the journey. Selling nicotine pouches in China is legal with restrictions and selling tobacco snus is legal with restrictions.
